As a Vehicle Management Analyst you will be part of a team maximising recovery in respect of vehicle asset management and liquidation. 

Reporting to the Recoveries Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring asset status across the portfolio from point of origination. Where applicable you will also be responsible for the management of recovery and sale activity. 

Within this role you will ensure the ongoing safeguarding of vehicles by monitoring and investigating external vechicle notifications before acting upon these appropriately. Working closely with reposession agents, trace agents and auction houses, among other third parties, you will help to coordinate all vehicle recovery and liquidiation activity in line with procedures. 

We are looking for:

  • Education to Higher or Equivalent Standard
  • Previous experience in a Collections environment
  • Knowledge of Recoveries
  • Awareness od FCA and regulations
  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge GDPR and TCF principles
  • A positive mindset with continuous improvement
  • A strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and communicate well whilst negotiating positive outcomes

This permanent, full time role is based in our state-of-the art offices at Skypark in Glasgow, currently offering hybrid working arrangements.
